Sorry I didn't get on yesterday to tell you how it's going at Bible school. We had storms in the area.
Well you can add 4 more kids to my last post. Had another helper too. I think that's 126 total. We're having a great time. Have had several who want to dedicate there lives to Jesus. I think we have about 6 being baptised Sunday. Some of these kids decided this at Church camp this year. Praise God.
I'm not going to tell you I'm not tired,cause I am. It's a very rewarding tired. Wed. night we made and stuffed bears,everyone made two. One they can keep and one to send to a soldier overseas. Each bear has a little pocket on the front, the kids put a little note of love and a bible verse in each one. We'll be sending them over to some of the guys from our town. HOOAH !!!!
Last night was very inspirational. We learned about Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. In our closing all the kids and leaders had on the glow bracelets and the lights went out and the lights on the cross came on. You could have heard a pin drop. Then we sang "Were You There". What a night. We're so blessed.
To night is our last night. Glad and sad. Our program is Sunday night,so their parents can be there. A lot of the kids are from troubled families. In the past we turned some lives around and they have joined the church or a church. We pray that blessing will take place again.

Gloria...I think that you bible school this year has been a great success..don't you? So nice to hear that several people want to have Jesus in their hearts. Wonderful praise God for that!! I know how you feel about being sad it is over but you have planted so much in these kids hearts...Have a great weekend. Sandy

That is wonderful that Bible school went so well for everyone. I'm so glad that there are people like you out there to help steer children in the right direction. God bless you for doing that!
