Yes, it's winter. Ice,Ice everywhere. Limbs down all around the house. Thank God we still have power. Some in the City don't. In 2002 we were with out power for about three days,some went for 3 wks. I've been awake since 2 am and heard every limb fall. Mike has about a 30 min.(works nights) drive to work made it there and back just fine at least for today.Thank God. When he got home we went to the grocery store to stock up. We have another round coming this afternoon. So we don't know if he'll be able to go to work or not. It's in Gods hands. Well I better hurry with this because the lights have been flickering.
UPDATES:
Brandi' is to have the kidney stone removed today (Tues)so please keep her in your prayers....Also would everyone please pray that she would move her left arm. We all know the power of prayer and if she could just move her left arm it would be a blessing. She refers to her right as her stump. She's up one minute and down the next. She's worried about Christmas for her boys,she worries about everyone being out in the Ice Storm. Ok, so being a worrier runs in this family. Let's just all pray hard that she can move her LEFT arm.
I'm feeling much better. Thanks for all the prayers.
Well if I'm not on tomorrow....It may be because the power is out.

I'll be praying for you all! For Brandi, and you, and for the hope that you will escape the wrath of the ice storm. Ice is NO fun at all - though beautiful to look at - terrible to drive in.
We are praying for you Glo and for Brandi also. Our daughter is in this in Illinois just like you. I know how hard it is because it was not long ago that I would have been in this awful stuff. We have been moved almost 7 years now and believe me I do not MISS it at all.

I'll be praying for all of you. Hopefully you won't lose power. Eric's mom has been without power since night before last and is staying with his cousin for now. I sure hope that they are able to get all those people's electricity up soon. You are all in my prayers!
