Just counting the days until Mike will come home and trying to stay busy by helping with the"Memory Walk" for Alzheimer's. Went to visit some of my little people (as Mike and I call them) yesterday and today. Played some ball,checkers and bingo with them. Talked a lot about Mike coming home and doing a cook out for them. They love to cook and help in any way they can. Mike could walk in the door today and they would ask him what he was cooking. He loves them as much as they love him.
I really need to clean my house,but can't get motivated. I'll put it off till the last minute then kill myself trying to get it ready for Mike to come home. He says not to worry he not coming home to see the house...Isn't he sweet.
Char and Court I know I bug the life out of you ,but I really miss my song...and this old lady doesn't know how to get back..........HELP. One of these days maybe you both can teach all this high tech stuff.........You know teach this OLD dog new tricks..
I'm so tired tonight ,I hope I can sleep. Been waking up about 3:30 am and can't go back to sleep. Then I can't get to sleep at night because I'm so tired. Maybe I having sympathy for Charla. Or maybe it because my Man's coming home soon.......... What ever it is....I just can't keep going on 3 or 4 hours a night.
Gosh I need to do so much and I need sleep to do it all..................So good night to all of you and please say a little prayer that I get some much needed sleep. Also please pray for Charla even if she is much younger than I am.

I feel the same way right now!! so much to do and I am sleeping with all the thinking of all I have to do.....gross cycle to be on!!

I hope you get some sleep too. I sometimes suffer from insomnia so I know what lack of sleep is like. My hubby just left today for 9 days in the field, and then 1 month of school and then off to Iraq. We do not have orders yet for Iraq, but it is a certain mission, and rumor has it it will be sometime in December. How much do you want to bet the Army makes that right before Christmas?
