Nancy has had her insulin shot,
and had lunch. I have a few minutes to write a note.
The rest of the gang are up at a friend of my daughter Carrie. They went swimming! Too much sun for Nancy! Lupus patients are not suppose to be in much sun! Besides it is Hot and humid! Glad you had a great Fourth! Love, Grams

I'm glad you had a wonderful 4th. I read that you did, over at Grams blog. The 4th itself was sad for me, as a church friend passed away Wednesday, and his funeral was Friday, the 4th!
Saturday, I spent all day at the cabin on the Current River with some friends and my son and his girl friend. It was fun. Today was a beautiful, though hot day, went to church and out to eat with church friends. Well, I'm making this comment into a book, so I'd better quit for now. Have a great Sunday evening and a wonderful week.
